Language Exploratory Program

New Language Every Quarter

As part of our commitment to fostering a diverse and enriching educational experience, all 7th grade students will rotate through four different world language classes throughout the school year (French, Latin, German, Spanish) when each new quarter begins.

This rotation aims to introduce students to various languages and cultures while enhancing their curiosity, creativity, and inclusivity. We believe this approach will help them make informed decisions when selecting a language to study in 8th grade and beyond.

The rotation schedule is as follows:

Example: Student Chris P. Bacon has had Spanish first period every day for the first quarter of his school year. On the first day of the second quarter, he and all his first period classmates will report to their German classroom and teacher instead. They will continue through German until the end of the second quarter.
