WHAT is Community grOWN? 

Ryan Gloyer Middle School’s building wide service-learning initiative. 

 

HOW does it work?  

Each team will work with one of the 9 communities that make up the Seneca Valley School District to identify a need in the community.  Once a need is determined, the team will work on planning for a solution that will include working/serving in the community.  

 

WHEN? 

Planning will take place during the year. 

Most likely, the community service and putting the plan in place will take place after the standardized testing window during the last couple weeks of the year. 

 

WHERE? 

The 9 municipalities that make up the Seneca Valley School District
